Job Location: TOM N TOMS COFFEE, Davao

Job Description:

Assist in the efficient and profitable operation of Tom N Toms Coffee.
Ensure that the store meets company standards in sales, product quality, visual merchandising, cleanliness, and overall operations.
Support the shift leader and store manager in delivering excellent customer service by providing quality products quickly and in a friendly manner.
Job Qualifications:

- College education preferred, ideally in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or any food industry-related course.
- Willingness to work overtime, including during special events, as needed.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, and frequently bend and twist from the waist, as the position involves regular standing, as well as the use of hands and arms.
- Passionate about food preparation and beverage service.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Previous experience in customer service and food service is a strong advantage.


Summary of Role Requirements:

1 year of relevant work experience required.
