We are Looking for a dynamic professional to with FLAWLESS English to join our Team as a Telemarketing/Sales Engineer to help sell and promote technology recruiting and custom application development solutions.

Required Skill set:

2-4 Years of experience with
- Telemarketing IT recruiting and application development service offerings.
- Prospecting business leads to assess and qualify them to fall into company’s niche service offerings
- inside Sales coupled with excellent communications skills, they will be internet savvy and have the ability to effectively utilize sites such as Leadgeneration tools, LinkedIn, Facebook, dice with ease.
- experience using MS Outlook, Word and Research Databases etc.
- experience using sales CRM tools

1 -3 years of experience in
- Appointment setting
- Email marketing

Attitude:
- High level of interest in working in a fast paced environment.
- Confident, self-motivated team player with the desire to succeed
- Able to maintain relationships with industry contacts to provide customer service, gain industry knowledge, referrals and sales leads.

Responsibilities
- Utilize the online databases, professional and social networking tools within internet and networking to identify potential opportunities
- Prospect, assess and qualify them to be warm leads
- Identify decision makers and Call/email to educate them about our service offerings
- Follow up on their needs, and the right time for company’s representative to meet them in person
