Full-Time Video Editor – Real Estate Media

We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our team full-time! We specialize in high-end real estate media, creating stunning listing videos, agent branding content, and social media reels. If you’re passionate about storytelling, detail-oriented, and proficient in Final Cut Pro, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
- Edit high-quality real estate videos, including property tours, agent branding, and social media content.
- Deliver smooth speed ramps (gradual, subtle, and faster transitions as needed).
- Apply subtle shake effects to enhance agent appearance/disappearance on-screen.
- Add sound effects that enhance transitions and effects.
- Incorporate text effects and captions to highlight key ---------- nts.
- Ensure smooth transitions, exceptional color grading, and polished final edits.
- Create additional edits, such as a Director's Cut featuring faster pacing and seamless looping.
- Maintain consistency with company examples and guidelines provided.

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of video editing experience (real estate media experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in Final Cut Pro is required.
- Strong understanding of color grading ( slog ) , speed ramping, and cinematic effects.
- Ability to follow scripts and add creative flair while maintaining brand standards.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with Dropbox or cloud-based file management is a plus.
