Location: Remote (properties located in Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, and Gatlinburg, TN)

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Property Manager / Co-Host to oversee daily operations, guest communications, vendor coordination, and listing optimization. This role blends hospitality, operations management, and strategic revenue improvement.

Job Type:
Part-time to start, with the potential to transition to full-time based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage guest communication via phone, email, and chat, ensuring responses within 5 minutes during scheduled hours.
Monitor and respond to guest reviews, proactively managing reputation and requesting review removals when necessary.
Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance vendors; create and track weekly/monthly work orders.

Assist with new property onboarding, including application reviews, maintenance scheduling, and internet setup.
Optimize property listings with accurate descriptions, competitive pricing, and high-quality images to improve visibility and conversion rates.

Use property management tools such as Breezeway, Airbnb, VRBO, ---------- , Hospitable, and PriceLabs.
Enthusiastic to handle all incoming and outgoing calls required for guest concerns or reaching out first for guest check-ins or check-out communication

Qualifications:
Prior experience in property management, co-hosting, or vacation rental operations.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
