Customer Success Representative

We are looking for someone who has great ENGLISH SPEAKING SKILLS and a great sense of QUICK LEARNING / ADAPTABILITY.

This job involves:
- Answering Phone Calls (Questions, Taking Client Details, Booking Clients, Etc)
- Answering Emails (Questions, Taking Client Details, Booking Clients, Etc)
- Using, understanding and working with JOBBER (Our CRM.)
- Speaking with clients about bookings, reminders, and job details
- Helping the Sales Manager or Production Manager with various tasks.
Being a member of _COMPANY DETAILS_ isn't just about being an ‘customer success rep’; it's about setting/understanding specific goals and driving them to completion.

IMPORTANT TRAITS REQUIRED **
You need to be a FANTASTIC English Speaker. (Both OVER the Phone and in Email)
