Executive Assistant with Lead Gen and Social Media Management Experience

We are seeking a motivated Virtual Assistant to support our team with lead generation and social media management. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in both areas. They should be able to communicate well with potential clients. They must also engage our audience on different social media platforms. Candidates should be organized and have experience with lead generation. They must also manage social media platforms, documents, and spreadsheets. Additionally, they should be skilled in sending emails, making calls, and doing assistant work. You will be doing various tasks, almost all of which I will create tutorials for you.

Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role.
- Strong experience with lead generation and social media management.
- Familiarity with social media platforms
- Proficiency in using tools such as CRM software, project management tools, and social media scheduling tools.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.

Pay:
You will start with a lower pay at first, as shown in the job post. However, you can quickly earn bonuses
- You will be paid based on hours worked.
- You will get incremental raises over time based on your growth.
