Customer Service / e-commerce /General Reliable VA

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. Initially, you will be working 15-20 hours per week, with the potential to transition into a full-time role in the future based on performance and business needs.

Salary: $4-5 an hour

Primary Responsibilities:

- Shopify Expertise: Must have at least 2 years of experience with the Shopify platform.
- Content Editing: Edit copy, images, and SKUs on our Shopify website.
- Product Listing Management: Create, optimize, and update product listings to ensure they are attractive and comply with Amazon’s guidelines and Shopify standards.
- Email Management: Clean out email inboxes daily, provide a report of top inquiries and a list of unsubscribed emails.
- Business Research: Conduct research to support business decisions.
- Refunds and Returns Management: Handle refunds and returns through the Loop/Redo platform on Shopify.
- Customer Service: Provide customer service using our Shopify chat box and business emails.
- Order Processing and Fulfillment: Handle order processing, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Shipping Knowledge: Familiar with different US shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, DHL) and knows how to submit shipping claims through Shopify and Shipsurance.
- International Communication: Effectively communicate with international customers and carriers.
- Graphic Design: Proficient in graphic design and basics of Canva.
- Social Media Management: Respond to social media inquiries (DMs, comments, reposts).
- Affiliate Management: Monitor and manage affiliate partners, ensuring timely payouts.
- Review Management: Manage reviews on ---------- and other feedback sites.

Additional Duties:
- Influencer Management: Identify and connect with potential influencers, oversee influencer campaigns, and ensure successful collaborations.
- Lead Generation and PR Outreach: Conduct outreach to different news channels, publications, etc.
- Social Media Content Creation: Create aesthetically pleasing Instagram stories and posts.
- Amazon Account Health Management: Monitor account health metrics, ensure compliance with Amazon policies, and address any issues that arise.
- Business Strategy: Develop strategies to help grow our business.
