As part of our Amazon store, we offer a wide range of customizable items, and we’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team to help us expand our creative offerings.

Responsibilities
• Design & Creativity: Create innovative, trend-driven designs for our customizable products, particularly for mugs, Plaques, Coasters, Totebags, Mousepads and more.
• Customization Expertise: Develop designs compatible with Amazon’s customization features, ensuring seamless customer personalization of items (e.g., names, skin tones, clothing options, and accessories).
• Trend Research: Stay up-to-date with market trends, seasonal themes, and customer preferences to create designs that resonate with our target audience.
• Idea Generation: Brainstorm and propose new product ideas and design concepts that align with the brand’s vision and customer needs.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all designs meet technical specifications for print and digital quality, while maintaining brand consistency.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to ensure designs meet customer expectations and drive sales.
• Product Expansion: Assist in designing packaging and promotional materials that enhance product presentation and brand identity.

Qualifications
• Proven Design Skills: Strong portfolio showcasing creative and personalized designs, preferably with a focus on customizable products.
• Software Proficiency: Expertise in graphic design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar software.
• Understanding of Amazon Customization: Familiarity with Amazon customization tools, guidelines, and design specifications.
• Creative Thinker: Ability to develop fresh, innovative ideas that stand out in a competitive marketplace.
• Trend Awareness: Keen eye for design trends, especially in the gifting and personalization industry.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to deliver high-quality designs with precision and accuracy.
• Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate design ideas and collaborate with a team.
• Bonus Skills: Experience in creating mockups, packaging designs, or other marketing materials is a plus.
