eCommerce Ad Creator (Video/Image) with Canva, Capcut & ChatGPT Skills

We’re looking for a professional, creative and skilled individual to manage the production of video and image ads for our dropshipping eCommerce store. You'll be responsible for collecting/ creating high-quality visuals that align with our business model and help drive sales.

Key Requirements:

Experience with Dropshipping: Prior experience with dropshipping eCommerce is essential, especially in understanding customer preferences and trends. If in the EU market, even better.


Proficiency in Design Tools: You must be comfortable working with tools like Canva, Photoshop, or your tool of choice, as long as the end results meet our quality standards.


Experience with Video Editing Tools: Capcut is the video tool we currently use due to its simplicity, speed, and effectiveness, but you are welcome to use other tools if preferred.


Familiarity with Shopify & Dropshipping: Experience and knowledge of Dropshipping operations is a big advantage.


AI Tool Familiarity: Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT and DeepL to enhance and streamline visual content creation processes. The ability to integrate these tools for optimizing workflows and SOPs in the context of design and video editing is highly desirable.


Willingness to Learn & Adapt: We value candidates who are eager to take on additional tasks and develop their skill set as we grow.


Attention to Detail: We are looking for someone meticulous, with a strong eye for detail to ensure that all creatives are polished and on-brand.

Professionalism and Punctuality: We are looking for people who uphold high standards of work ethic and accountability. Punctuality in meeting deadlines and delivering tasks on schedule is crucial. Candidates must demonstrate a reliable track record of completing projects efficiently and effectively, ensuring timely progress and adherence to set timelines.

Proof of Work:

Please provide examples of creatives for 3-4 different eCommerce products, with 2-3 variants for each IMAGE/ VIDEO ad (e.g., different image angles, color schemes, or design layouts).

Commitment: This role requires availability for 5-6 hours daily, Monday through Friday, with potential for incentives as we grow and scale. – We are ideally looking for someone who can dedicate their full focus to this role without other job commitments.
