Customer support

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist with prior experience working on Shopify and Zendesk. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing excellent support across these platforms. Fluency in both spoken and written English is essential for this role.

Key Requirements:

Must have experience with Shopify and Zendesk.
Strong communication skills in English (both spoken and written).
Ability to resolve customer issues effectively and professionally.

Salary:

$250 per month.
