We need a Video Creative Specialist who understands what makes people tick (and click) and can craft videos that not only capture attention but leave a lasting impression. From ads that drive sales to videos that tell our story, this role is about creating content that connects.

What You’ll Do
* Make Videos People Love: Create all kinds of videos—from eye-catching ads to social media reels, how-tos, customer testimonials, and more.
* Understand the Audience: Tap into the psychology of our customers and deliver videos that speak their language, solve their problems, or brighten their day.
* Hook, Story, Offer: Nail those first few seconds of every video to pull people in—and keep them watching until the end.
* Think Outside the Box: Experiment with new ideas and trends to make our brand stand out in a crowded digital world.
* Tailor Content for Platforms: Know what works on TikTok vs. Instagram vs. YouTube—and create videos that thrive on each.
* Analyze & Improve: Watch the numbers (views, clicks, shares) and use them to make your videos even better next time.
Collaborate: Work with our team to align your creativity with our overall goals.

What We’re Looking For
* You’ve created videos that grab attention for ads, social media, or storytelling.
* You know your way around tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.
* You understand what makes people tick—and how to use that insight to make impactful videos.
* You’re creative but also data-driven. You love seeing your work's performance and tweaking it to be even better.
* You’re organized, can handle multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
