Meta Paid Ads Associate

As our Meta Paid Ads Associate, you'll be the creative force behind spreading the delight across our digital platforms. You'll craft compelling stories that make people's mouths water and their hearts smile.

Our company sells healthy desserts nationwide in the U.S.

Core Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage Meta advertising campaigns that bring more dessert lovers into our world
- Create Meta ad creatives
- Track campaign performance and optimize for maximum impact and must hit desired CPA
- Collaborate with our team to develop and maintain our playful yet educated brand voice

Required Skills & Experience
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, Canva, and Meta Ads Manager
MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE
- - Proven track record of running successful Meta ad campaigns

- Experience with graphic design and copywriting
- Experience with AI tools including Claude and ChatGPT-3
- Strong eye for design and brand consistency
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to balance fun and educational content
- Data-driven mindset with experience in campaign optimization
- Light training will be provided. Resources and brand guide will be provided.
