Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and skilled YouTube Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for editing, enhancing, and producing high-quality video content tailored for YouTube. This role requires a keen eye for storytelling, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of YouTube’s platform, trends, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit raw video footage into polished, engaging YouTube videos.

Add graphics, transitions, animations, sound effects, and music to enhance video quality.

Collaborate with content creators and producers to develop a consistent visual style.

Optimize videos for YouTube by ensuring proper resolution, aspect ratios, and metadata.

Incorporate audience feedback and analytics to improve video performance.

Stay updated with YouTube trends and implement creative techniques to increase engagement.

Manage video projects from start to finish, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.


Requirements:

Proven experience as a video editor, preferably for YouTube content.

Proficiency in video editing software

Must be FAST, effective and have previous experience in editing

Can get creative in their own way

Strong understanding of YouTube's algorithms, SEO, and audience engagement strategies.

Ability to work with various video styles, including vlogs, tutorials, reaction videos, gaming and more.

Creative storytelling skills and an eye for visual design.

Knowledge of color grading, audio mixing, and motion graphics.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
