Threads Content Specialist | Creative VA Opportunity (BONUS POSSIBLE)

We are Lidar Studios.
A dynamic social media marketing agency based in the US and Germany, managing online influencers and creators worldwide. With over $3 million in revenue last year, we are rapidly expanding and seeking highly skilled and motivated virtual assistants to join our team.

To strengthen our focus on Threads, we are looking for creative and dedicated individuals to assist with research, posting, and internal processes.



Your Responsibilities:
- research on current trends and ideas for Threads content

- create and post engaging posts tailored to the platform and our model

- analyze performance data to optimize future content

- collaborate with our team during brainstorming sessions to share creative ideas




Our Requirements:
- proven experience with social media platforms, especially Threads

- excellent written and spoken English communication skills

- creative mind for texts and visually choosing the right content

- highly motivated & good work ethic (no lazy loser, i want winners)

BONUS SKILLS (optional):
- REAL experience in crafting accurate and effective prompts for ChatGPT/AI tools
