Job Opportunity:
Are you a proactive, detail-oriented individual with excellent computer and communication skills? Do you thrive in a flexible, creative work environment? If so, we want you on our team!
We are looking for a Full-Time Virtual Assistant to assist with a variety of tasks, most of which will have step-by-step tutorials provided.

What You Need to Bring
Required Skills:
Proficiency with computers
Excellent written and verbal English communication
Highly Organized with the ability to multi-task
Willing to learn & grow
Preferred Skills (but not required!):
Marketing, social media management, photo editing
Knowledge of medical terminology (especially Physical/Occupational Therapy)
Medical billing experience
Medical Scheduling

What You'll Be Doing
Manage and Optimize Social Media Content
Develop and Implement Email & SMS Campaigns
Administrative & Scheduling Support
Track Team Milestones & Coordinate Celebrations
You will be doing a variety of tasks, almost all of which I will create tutorials for you.

Somethings I have in mind for you to do in the immediate future is,
*Posting blog posts to our wordpress blog (I'll show you how to do this, also very easy)
*Easy Social Media Tasks
*Sending and responding to emails
*Minimal handling calls/scheduling
*Create Email and SMS campaign
*Data entry (change the stuff on our website that is very easy)
*Tracking & Celebrating Staff milestones ie; birthdays, etc
*And More.
Compensation
Pay: To Be Determined, based on your skills and experience.
