The Customer Service & Sales Specialist will serve as the first point of contact for leads and customers. This role focuses on nurturing client relationships, resolving issues, and driving sales through effective communication and support.

Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to close deals and set appointments.
Provide live chat and phone support for customer inquiries, order placements, complaints, and refund requests.
Build rapport with leads, addressing their needs and ensuring a seamless sales experience.
Assist in building out the customer service department by providing valuable input and feedback.
Manage customer data using CRM tools.

Requirements:
*Proven sales experience, including inbound/outbound sales and appointment setting.
*Marketing knowledge and proficiency in tools such as CRM, Meta Ads, and Kajabi.
*Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
*Clear, professional English communication skills (verbal and written).
*A trustworthy, dependable, and proactive personality.

Hours:
2 hours per day, Monday through Friday, with potential for increased hours as the business grows.

Not Suitable For:
Individuals unable to meet sales expectations.
Those who cannot work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Some Training will be provided but must already have STRONG Project management skills
