Amazon & Walmart Dropshipping Virtual Assistant – Product Research, Order Fulfillment, and Profit Tracking

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team and help manage our Amazon and Walmart FBM dropshipping business. Your main goal will be to ensure seamless operations by sourcing profitable branded products, maintaining compliance, and optimizing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
    •    Product Research:
    •    Identify branded products on U.S.-based supplier platforms (e.g., Inventory Source, Sellbrite, or Wholesale2B) that are already ranked on Amazon.
    •    Ensure products have at least a 30% profit margin and meet demand requirements.
    •    Listing Optimization:
    •    Add selected products under existing Amazon and Walmart listings with accurate descriptions and competitive pricing.
    •    Optimize keywords to improve product visibility.
    •    Order Fulfillment:
    •    Process orders promptly through suppliers and ensure accurate tracking numbers are provided to meet Amazon/Walmart compliance requirements.
    •    Inventory Management:
    •    Monitor stock levels to prevent overselling or stockouts.
    •    Update listings as needed based on supplier availability.
    •    Profit Tracking:
    •    Utilize tools or spreadsheets to calculate and monitor profit margins for each product sold.
    •    Supplier Communication:
    •    Liaise with suppliers to resolve product or shipment issues.
    •    Identify new supplier opportunities when needed.

Requirements:
    •    Proven experience in Amazon and Walmart FBM dropshipping.
    •    Familiarity with tools such as Inventory Source, Sellbrite, Wholesale2B, or similar platforms.
    •    Strong knowledge of product research and profitability analysis.
    •    Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
    •    Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
    •    Stable internet connection and a reliable computer setup.

Working Hours:
    •    Flexible, but availability during [your time zone, e.g., EST] is preferred for communication and updates.
