To support our expansion, we are seeking exceptional individuals with extensive knowledge of the e-commerce industry and its operations. Requirements:
1. Willingness to perform any tasks required in the e-commerce space, recognizing that some aspects may challenge ethical boundaries typical of this competitive industry.
2. Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
3. A working microphone for effective communication.
4. A reliable and high-performing computer capable of handling demanding workloads.
5. Extensive experience in the e-commerce industry, including Shopify and TikTok marketing.
6. Proven knowledge and skills in creating and managing TikTok ads.
7. Candidates must be under 23 years old to align with the dynamic needs of our team.

Compensation:
This is a performance-driven role. Monthly payments will be based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and the value you bring to the team. This flexible structure ensures that your contribution and achievements are rewarded appropriately.
