Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Content Manager to develop and manage our Facebook and Instagram pages while creating engaging, high-quality short video clips from long-form content. This role is essential in building our online presence, engaging our audience, and driving leads for our franchise courses. The ideal candidate has a passion for storytelling, a keen eye for design, and experience in social media content creation and strategy.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

Develop and execute social media strategies for Facebook and Instagram to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Create and manage content calendars, ensuring a consistent posting schedule.
Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies to align with audience preferences.

Content Creation:

Edit long-form video content into engaging 90-second clips tailored for Instagram and Facebook.
Design visually appealing and on-brand posts, stories, and reels to drive audience interaction.
Write compelling captions that align with the target audience's interests and pain points.

Audience Targeting and Engagement:

Define and refine target audience demographics, interests, and challenges.
Respond to comments, messages, and engage in discussions to build a community around the brand.
Conduct regular audience analysis to understand engagement metrics and preferences.

Performance Analysis:

Use analytics tools to monitor the performance of posts, stories, and campaigns.
Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, follower growth, and conversions.
Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights to optimize content and audience reach.

Collaborative Campaigns:

Work closely with the marketing team to align social media strategies with broader goals.
Collaborate with influencers or industry experts to amplify brand credibility and reach.
Support the launch of website updates, courses, and campaigns with tailored social media content.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated on the latest trends in social media, video editing, and audience engagement.
Test new formats, tools, and strategies to enhance content quality and performance.
Continuously improve video editing and graphic design skills to create standout content.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing Facebook and Instagram accounts for a brand or organization.
Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
Strong graphic design skills with tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
Excellent understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
Ability to write compelling and audience-specific captions and content.
Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics, or similar.
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:
