What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking an experienced Automation Specialist to replace our current GHL specialist and bring a broader scope to the role. The ideal candidate is someone who combines technical expertise with strategic marketing know-how to help us expand our automation services, attract leads, and land clients.

Responsibilities:
Build and Manage Automations: Design and implement workflows using GHL (GoHighLevel), Make, Zapier, and Airtable to streamline internal operations and client processes.
Marketing & Lead Generation: Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our automation services and generate high-quality leads.
Client Acquisition & Retention: Engage with prospective clients, showcase the value of our services, and close deals effectively.
Optimize and Scale Systems: Continuously refine and scale existing workflows, ensuring they remain efficient, reliable, and aligned with client needs.
Training & Support: Provide guidance and support to clients and tea ---------- mbers on leveraging automation tools effectively.
Requirements:
Proven experience with GHL (GoHighLevel) and at least two other automation tools like Make, Zapier, or Airtable.
Strong understanding of automation concepts, API integrations, and workflow optimization.
Experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and client acquisition.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients and tea ---------- mbers.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for helping businesses thrive.
Bonus Points If You Have:
Knowledge of CRM systems, email marketing tools, and advanced analytics.
Experience working with small businesses or understanding their unique challenges.
