Supply Chain | Quality Check | Dropshipping VA

For our 7-figure dropshipping business, we are looking for a dedicated and results-driven Supply Chain and Quality Check VA to oversee our dropshipping operations.

This role involves managing the entire supply chain process, from supplier communication and negotiation to quality control and ensuring timely delivery to customers. The candidate will have experience with Shopify, and a strong background in supply chain management and quality assurance, with an emphasis on working within a dropshipping business model.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for sourcing products and suppliers that meet our quality standards and price points.
- Negotiate with suppliers to ensure the best prices, quality, and delivery terms.
- Implement and oversee quality control procedures to ensure that all products meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and resolve any issues related to shipping or quality.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to streamline operations.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to address and resolve customer complaints related to product quality or delivery.

Must have:
- Experience with dropshipping products
- Experience with Shopify
- Experience with Google Spreadsheet / Excel
