Customer Service CSR with sales experience for live chat and phone support for a custom product store

We are hiring for an english speaking customer support expert to work with our team.
Roll includes:
Phone support(must have good spoken english skill)
Etsy messaging support
Amazon messaging support
Website live chat

Emails support

The applicant must have good spoken english and understand sales.
Etsy and amazon experience are also positives but not required.
You will be working alongside other support staff who have been in their roles for 3 years, the business needs more support staff to handle the support daily.

For this role we are not looking for new graduates or people with limited online support experience.
