Salesforce Pardot (Account Engagement) full export / backup help / API

Need someone very familiar with Pardot to assist with a full export of Pardot database in the next week. We're moving away from it (contract cancels first of next year), but we need a record of prospect activities, especially around unsubscribes. Willing to grant short term access, also willing to get on a call together for a couple hours and just take guidance and get it done. In proposal, please describe your preference for this type of project, and how long you think it will take. Ability to start very soon is a must.
