Customer Support Specialist

We’re a fast-growing U.S.-based e-commerce aggregator managing an exciting lineup of brands on Shopify. We’re on the lookout for a detail-oriented and empathetic Customer Support Specialist who thrives in providing exceptional service across multiple channels. If you have a passion for solving problems, connecting with customers, and ensuring satisfaction, this role might be perfect for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Customer Assistance: Provide timely and professional support via email and social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and X.
• Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases when necessary.
• Order Management: Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, shipping, refunds, and exchanges.
• Team Collaboration: Participate in weekly online meetings to share insights, discuss trends, and align on strategies.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Experience: Proven experience in customer support, ideally in an e-commerce environment.
• E-Commerce Know-How: Familiarity with Shopify and the customer journey in online shopping.
• Tech Skills: Proficiency with support tools and CRMs (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom) and social media platforms.
• Problem-Solving: A knack for analyzing issues and delivering effective solutions with a customer-first approach.
• Availability: Flexibility to work U.S. business hours (PDT) and participate in weekly tea ---------- etings.
• Communication Excellence: Outstanding written and verbal skills with a keen attention to detail and empathy for customer concerns.
