Real Estate Data Management Specialist
1. Property Data Research and Collection
- Conduct online research using public databases and other property information tools to gather accurate and comprehensive details about property owners, including names, contact information, and any other relevant information
2. Data Entry and Organization
- Input property information into spreadsheets (Excel/Sheets) with a high degree of accuracy
- Maintain an up-to-date and error-free property owner database
3. Data Verification
- Cross-check data to ensure accuracy and consistency
4. Administrative Support
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned, including organizing files and streamlining workflows
5. Continuous Improvement
- Recommend methods to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of property research and data entry processes
Expectations
- Complete assigned tasks within the agreed timeline
- Maintain open communication with the team, promptly reporting any challenges or delays
- Consistently meet quality standards and deliver error-free work
- Be proactive in identifying potential areas for improvement
- Be able to think critically
- Reliable high-speed laptop/desktop computer with a minimum speed of 20 Mbps (speed test required)

Pay starts @ $3.50/hr during the training period (1-3 weeks), after which it will move up to $4.75/hr.
