Key Responsibilities:

- Develop creative ideas into well-structured scripts.
- Write engaging scripts that match our channel's voice and style.

Qualifications:

- Proven scriptwriting experience with a portfolio.
- Ability to create inspiring, informative scripts.
- Knowledge of YouTube and SEO.
- Strong writing and communication skills, with an ability to meet deadlines.

Additional Skills (Preferred but Not Required):

- Experience in YouTube content creation.
- Familiarity with health topics.

Compensation & Work Details:

- Produce 2-3 scripts per week, with a 24-48 hour turnaround.
- Initial pay: $15 per script.
- Potential earnings: $60-$90 every two weeks.
- Performance-based raises every 6 months, with annual reviews after 18 months.
- Potential for monthly bonuses ranging from $25 to $75, based on performance.
