Tech Support for VPN Company

What we require:
- at least 2 years experience working as tech support or 3 years working in IT company on IT related position
- networking knowledge on basic level or intermediate
- familiarity with windows
- excellent English communicational skills (official certificate (CAE, FCE, CPE, TOEFL) corresponding to level B2 and higher)
- ability to ask when you don't know. We understand there are new things you must learn and we hope you will catch up quickly with your colleagues.
- highschool education or higher

What will make you more qualified for the job?
- university degree in science or computer science
- understanding how VPN works or knowledge of individual protocols (PPTP, OpenVPN, IPSec,...)
- knowing any programming language
- Linux and/or Mac experience
