About Us
We are a dynamic and growing construction company serving the Greater Toronto Area, specializing in residential and commercial projects. We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Marketer with proven experience in lead generation and paid advertising across multiple digital platforms.

Position Summary
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience creating, managing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns on Facebook Marketplace, Facebook Ads, Kijiji, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. You will be responsible for driving high-quality leads and increasing our brand visibility in the GTA construction market.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute paid advertising strategies tailored for each platform (Facebook Marketplace, Facebook Ads, Kijiji, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).

Create engaging ad creatives, landing pages, and lead magnets to maximize conversions.

Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance; optimize for cost-effective lead generation.

Manage ad budgets, bid strategies, and audience targeting for maximum ROI.

Collaborate with the sales and project teams to ensure leads are qualified and followed up promptly.

Stay current with digital marketing trends and platform updates to maintain campaign effectiveness.

Respond to inquiries and engage with potential clients on all platforms.

Track and report lead generation metrics and campaign KPIs weekly and monthly.

Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in social media marketing and paid ad management.

Demonstrated success generating leads for service-based businesses, ideally in construction or related industries.

Advanced knowledge of:


Facebook
Ads Manager & Facebook Marketplace

Kijiji ad posting and optimization

Instagram Ads & Reels

TikTok Ads, including lead generation forms and video campaigns

YouTube Ads (in-stream, discovery, and retargeting)

Strong copywriting, creative, and visual content skills.

Proficiency with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, TikTok Analytics, YouTube Studio, etc.).

Ability to manage multiple campaigns, budgets, and reporting deadlines.

Excellent communication, organization, and project management abilities.

Experience targeting and engaging audiences in the Greater Toronto Area is a strong asset.
