Sales Customer Service Representative for VPN company

What we require:
- at least 3 years experience working in sales
- excellent English communicational skills (official certificate (CAE, FCE, CPE, TOEFL) corresponding to level B2 and higher)
- highschool education or higher
- ability to ask when you don't know. We understand there are new things you must learn and we hope you will catch up quickly with your colleagues.

What will you do?
- Every day you work for 8 hours from your home helping customers from all over the world over e-mail and live chat.
- You will solve billing problems and answer pre-sales questions

What will make you more qualified for the job?
- understanding how VPN works
- experience in IT sales support

What do we expect from you?
- we expect that in 3 months you will be qualified enough to solve 90% of issues on your own.
- we expect quick learning
- we expect polite and patient people with excellent communication skills and friendly approach.

What we offer:
- $400-600 USD base salary for 5 days / week contract
- possibility of 6 days / week contract
