JOB OVERVIEW

Are you detail-oriented, highly organized, and ready to take on a dynamic role in finance and operations?

We are a New Zealand-based Immigration Law business looking for a motivated Finance and Operations Specialist to join our team and play a crucial part in managing our financial processes while supporting various departments as needed.

What You’ll Do:

• Finance Management: Oversee and manage our Xero account, ensuring accurate bookkeeping and preparing financial reports.
• Payroll Administration: Handle payroll processing efficiently and with precision.
• Accounts Management: Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and collection. You’ll need a strong accounts payable personality—able to confidently follow up and push clients to settle payments promptly.


Requirements

• Xero Proficiency: Prior experience with Xero is essential.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in accounts payable is required.
• Leadership Skills: Previous team lead or managerial experience is a must.
• Independence: Must be able to work independently without supervision, demonstrating initiative and accountability.
• Adaptability: Open to being transferred to other departments to support evolving business needs.

Working hours: 6am to 3pm Philippine Time
