Cloud Hosted Text-To-Speech (TTS)/ RVC- Project

I am looking for someone to help to help me with a custom Text-to-Speech (TTS) to RVC application like this one, ---------- that I but MUCH simpiler. I JUST need the TTS to RVC synthensis, I will provide my own RVC voices.

I want it hosted on a cloud and accessible via API for the TTS synthesis that outputs in a .wav file to be used with my ---------- workflows similar to Eleven Labs ---------- .
