Professional Video Editor

Are you a talented and experienced video editor with a deep understanding of marketing
fundamentals? Do you have a proven track record of creating winning ad creatives?

Then you’re exactly what we’re looking for.

We’re not just searching for someone who can cut and stitch clips together. We need a video
editor who understands the psychology behind purchasing decisions (Marketing), knows
how to craft visually engaging ads that resonate emotionally with our audience (Avatar), and
has a proven track record of creating videos that deliver real results—especially in the
supplement or health industries.

A quick word about us:
We are a Swiss e-commerce company that has been on the market for 3 years, operating
mainly in America, Canada, and the UK. We’ve already generated over $15 million in
revenue across different brands in various niches. Currently, we’re building a supplement
brand that has been on the market for just 2 months but has already achieved rapid success,
with over 300k satisfied customers and over $2 million in revenue. The brand is growing
daily as we continue to scale aggressively.

What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for a professional video editor who specializes in ad creation and
understands how to produce videos that perform on digital platforms. Here’s what we need:

? Proven experience creating high-converting video ads for social media platforms
like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok (including UGC, voiceovers, and short,
impactful videos).
? A strong ability to tell stories visually—you know how to combine video, audio, text
overlays, and animations to stop the scroll and sell the message.
? Understanding of marketing fundamentals, including awareness stages
(problem-aware, solution-aware, product-aware) and audience psychology.
? Familiarity with performance-driven content—you know how to test, analyze
results, and iterate for maximum ad performance.
? Fluent English proficiency—our audience is based in the U.S., Canada, and UK,
so strong cultural understanding is critical.
? Experience working with health, wellness, or supplement brands is a big plus, but
we welcome video experts with proven results from other industries.

What You’ll Do
As our in-house video editor, you’ll be instrumental in producing ads that stop the scroll,
capture attention, and drive conversions. Your responsibilities include:
? Editing short, scroll-stopping ads for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
? Combining voiceovers, UGC, stock footage, motion graphics, and animations into
visually compelling ads.
? Analyzing the performance of your videos to identify what works and optimizing your
approach for better results.
? Collaborating closely with our team to fully understand our product, its unique selling
points, and our target audience.
? Brainstorming and executing fresh, creative video concepts that stand out in
competitive markets.
