Graphics / UX / UI Designer

We are a forward-thinking company seeking a talented freelance Graphics Designer/UI/UX Designer to collaborate with us on various projects. Our work spans web and print design, with a strong focus on WordPress layouts and functional, visually compelling designs. Responsibilities
Web Design:

Design responsive, user-friendly web layouts, with an emphasis on WordPress websites.
Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are accurately implemented.
Optimize designs for functionality and performance.
UI/UX Design:

Create intuitive user interfaces and user experiences.
Conduct user research and apply findings to design solutions.
Maintain consistency with design systems and brand guidelines.
Print Design (Bonus):

Design materials for print, such as brochures, flyers, posters, and other collateral.
Prepare files for printing, ensuring high-quality output.
Project Management:

Manage your workflow effectively to meet project deadlines.
Communicate regularly with the team in Slack to provide updates and address feedback.
Log hours via Clockify.
Requirements
Experience & Skills:

Proven experience in web design, specifically with WordPress layouts.
Strong portfolio showcasing web and print designs.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, or similar.
Understanding of responsive design and UX/UI principles.
Soft Skills:

Reliable and organized with excellent time management.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and handle feedback constructively.
Technical Know-How:

Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS is a plus (but not required).
Knowledge of WordPress themes and plugins is highly preferred.
