This company specializes in finding off market vacant land throughout the entire US and is currently searching for a builder relation manager to bring on new partnerships. The job duties included but not limited to:


MUST HAVE VACANT LAND EXPERIENCE
- Researching home builders throughout the entire US
- Scraping data from software regarding number of properties purchased from specific builders
- Cold Calling/Email/building solid relationships with home builders to gain buying criteria
- Logging & Managing spreadsheets of information regarding criteria
- Ring central experience
- Real estate experience required
- No background noise during calls.
- Must have solid internet connection
