JOB OVERVIEW

We are a seeking a talented Video Editor to help us create both long-form and short-form video content about A/B Testing and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) for social media platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, etc.). You’ll be responsible for not only editing video footage but also contributing creative ideas that elevate our brand and effectively engage our audience.

A successful candidate will have a strong understanding of current video trends, the ability to transform data-heavy topics into visually compelling content, and a passion for storytelling. RESPONSIBILITIES
* Video Editing: Edit long-form and short-form videos for social media, ensuring a high-quality final product.
* Creative Direction: Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize new video ideas and storyboards that highlight A/B testing and CRO insights.
* Trendspotting: Stay up-to-date on the latest video editing styles, platform-specific trends, and best practices to keep our content fresh and engaging.
* Brand Consistency: Apply brand guidelines (colors, typography, tone) to maintain a consistent look and feel across all video content.
* Visual Storytelling: Incorporate graphics, motion effects, and other visual elements that bring data-focused topics to life and maintain viewer interest.
* Process Improvement: Proactively suggest new tools, workflows, and processes that can streamline production and improve the overall quality of our video output.

QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience: 2+ years of professional video editing experience, ideally with some exposure to marketing, tech, or SaaS industries.
* Technical Skills: Expert in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve). Familiarity with motion graphics (After Effects) is a plus.
* Marketing Knowledge: Basic understanding or strong interest in digital marketing concepts, particularly A/B testing and CRO.
* Creative Mindset: Demonstrated ability to develop fresh, engaging video content that captures viewers’ attention.
* Trend Awareness: Keen eye for design and social media video trends, with a willingness to experiment and innovate.
* Communication: Strong written communication skills to collaborate with US team.
