Construction Estimator

Are you a motivated, detail-oriented professional looking to grow with a dynamic startup in the construction industry? We're seeking a Construction Estimator who can help us manage streamline our estimating processes.


Let me know if you have USA experience. It is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed construction estimates, including Quantity Surveying, Bills of Materials, and RFIs for bidding purposes.


Requirements:
- Proven experience in construction estimating or project management.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in construction estimation tools like Bluebeam Revu, Planswift, and Procore.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other admin tools.
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Microsoft Planner.
