VA for Print-On-Demand & eCommerce Operations

We are launching a Clothing Printing Business and are seeking a motivated Virtual Assistant to help us get off the ground and grow. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in eCommerce and Print-On-Demand platforms, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Print-On-Demand (POD) Management
- Create products from our designs using platforms like Printify and Printful.
- Sync products to Shopify, Etsy, TikTok Shop, Amazon, eBay, and similar platforms.
- Ensure product details are accurate and SEO optimized (e.g., titles, descriptions, image alt tags).

eCommerce Store Management:
- Manage Shopify and Etsy stores, including product listings, order fulfillment, and customer service.
- Coordinate with POD platforms to handle orders and address issues via customer support.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure smooth integration across platforms.

Social Media Content & Scheduling:
- Post products and updates on social channels using tools like ---------- .
- Assist with content creation, including basic video editing (a plus).

General Administrative Support:
- Provide virtual assistance for miscellaneous tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.


What We’re Looking For...

Skills & Experience:
- Familiarity with Print-On-Demand tools (Printify, Printful) and eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, eBay).
- Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator for basic design edits.
- Experience with SEO optimization for product listings.
- Social media management skills; video editing is a bonus.
- AI / ChatGPT or similar (to be used as a tool to streamline workload & ideas)

Position Details
- Type: Full-time, remote.
- Hours: Flexible, but daily order fulfillment must be completed within 15 hours of order receipt.
- Trial Period: 4 weeks with step-by-step guidance from the business owner.
- Compensation: Based on experience and skills.
