The ideal candidate is passionate about design, understands the beauty industry, and knows how to create emails that captivate and convert.

Responsibilities:
- Design eye-catching, on-brand email templates for campaigns and automated flows (e.g., welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure email designs align with the brand's aesthetic and messaging.
- Incorporate product images, promotional elements, and CTAs to maximize click-through and conversion rates.
- Optimize email designs for mobile and desktop responsiveness.
- Stay updated with email design trends, ensuring all designs feel fresh and relevant.
- Work within email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp) to upload and test designs.
- Ensure brand consistency across all email designs.
- Create seasonal and promotional email campaigns that drive customer engagement and sales.
- Suggest innovative design ideas to improve email performance and user experience.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in designing emails for e-commerce or beauty-related brands (portfolio required).
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator, Canva, or similar software.
- Strong understanding of mobile-first email design principles.
- Ability to create designs that resonate with a predominantly female audience in the beauty niche.
- Attention to detail and an eye for color, typography, and layout.
