Sales and Client Relation Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Sales & Client Relations Representative to join our team. This role involves client recruitment, customer relationship management, and sales outreach for our English-language immersion programs in Los Angeles. Competitive base salary (negotiable) with commission-based incentives (2% commission on the total net sale).

Key Responsibilities:

Customer & Client Recruitment: Earn a 2% commission on the total net of each sale.
Client Outreach: Reconnect with previous customers to pitch and promote our programs.
Website Marketing Management: Assist in managing and improving website marketing initiatives to attract potential clients.
Client Support: Address and resolve client needs, demands, and complaints for customers you recruit and sign.
Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Independently identify potential future clients and agencies through proactive outreach.
Sales Recruitment & Follow-Up: Manage client communications via email, WhatsApp/LINE/WeChat, and follow-ups. Conduct Zoo ---------- etings to introduce potential clients to our programs.
Compensation:

Base Salary: Negotiable and competitive (monthly).
Commission: 2% of total net sales.
