Job Description: Part-Time Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4 & Integration Specialist

Our team is expanding, and we’re looking for a skilled GTM and GA4 Specialist to join us on a part-time basis.


Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Google Tag Manager (GTM) and GA4 Specialist to manage our digital tracking infrastructure and ensure seamless integration with all platforms. This is a part-time role requiring availability during Florida business hours. You will collaborate closely with our marketing and technical teams to set up, optimize, and debug tracking for organic and paid campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of GTM, GA4, and digital marketing KPIs, enabling accurate and actionable reporting.


Key Responsibilities
Google Tag Manager & GA4 Integration:
- Manage and configure Google Tag Manager (GTM) and GA4 configurations across all platforms and domains.
- Implement inter-domain and cross-domain tracking to ensure accurate data flow.
- Debug and troubleshoot integration issues.


Campaign Tracking & Optimization:
- Set up tracking for organic and paid campaigns, including UTM parameter integration.
- Configure and maintain advanced tags for tracking events, conversions, and customer journeys.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure proper tracking alignment with campaign goals.



Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Create advanced cohort and custom reports in GA4 for both campaign and corporate-level insights.
- Track customer journeys across multiple touchpoints and channels.
- Configure dashboards and deliver actionable insights based on performance metrics.


Technical Expertise:
- Develop and maintain advanced tracking systems for multi-channel campaigns.
- Debug and validate tagging issues using browser developer tools and GTM preview mode.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms.


Collaboration & Strategy:
- Work closely with marketing and technical teams to implement strategies that meet business goals.
- Provide input on tracking requirements and marketing KPIs to improve reporting capabilities.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in GA4, GTM, and digital marketing best practices.


Qualifications
- Proven experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Strong understanding of UTM parameters, inter-domain, and cross-domain tracking.
- Ability to set up and manage advanced tracking systems for multi-channel campaigns.
- Experience with debugging tools and troubleshooting integration issues.
- Solid knowledge of digital marketing concepts, KPIs, and campaign management.
- Expertise in creating advanced cohort reports and custom dashboards in GA4.
- Familiarity with customer journey mapping and conversion tracking.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Availability during Florida business hours.
