Senior Accountant

Company Overview: CFO Worx is a Fractional CFO firm providing finance and accounting services to US based companies.

Job Description: We are hiring an Accountant experienced in QuickBooks Online for essential accounting duties, including A/P, payroll, and sales entries, reconciliations, and routine reporting. The industry of the business is restoration work. There are several entities, credit cards, several bank accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter A/P, payroll, and sales data accurately.
Perform daily reconciliations of cash and sales.
Manage end-to-end A/P processes.
Collaborate with internal teams for clear financial documentation.
Create journal entries monthly for gap compliance accrual statements.

Qualifications:

MUST have experience with US GAAP.
CPA preferred, not required.
5+ years in accounting with strong QuickBooks Online experience.
Skilled in managing bank and credit feeds, vendor, and customer records.
Organized, detail-oriented, and thorough.
C2 English proficiency

Technical Requirements:

MUST have reliable computer/laptop, camera, and headset.

Working Arrangement:
Hours: 40 per week, 9 AM - 5 PM EST - Monday - Friday
