Email Marketing Specialist Needed

We purchased new domains specifically for sending emails. We're trying to use sendgrid. The configuration doesn't seem to be quite right, because we're landing in spam sporadicly. Please help us configure this correctly. For an expert, this should not take very much of your time.

What is the best tool to use to send mass cold email? We have emails that we manually gathered.
