PPV Campaign creation/PPV-Websites

Im looking for someone who is experienced working with
pay per view campaigns (PPV) as well as building a website
for ppv traffic

NOTE:

you MUST have an experience in

Pay per view
Building a websites (Html, css, query)


Please give me some examples of websites you;ve build
or some info of what you know of PPV
