Cold Caller

We're seeking an experienced Cold Caller to join Landora, a forward-thinking land investment company.
Essential Requirements:

Native-level American English proficiency required
Clear, neutral American accent for effective communication with US-based property owners
Excellent pronunciation and natural English conversational flow
Strong cultural understanding of American real estate market

In this role, you will:

Make outbound calls to potential US-based land sellers using Call Tools software
Build immediate rapport and trust through clear, confident communication
Qualify leads and schedule follow-up calls
Meet daily/weekly call metrics and lead generation targets
Maintain detailed records of all interactions
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our calling scripts and processes

Additional Requirements:

Previous cold calling experience required
Experience with CRM or calling software
Reliable internet connection for remote work
Self-motivated with ability to work independently
Commitment to continuous learning and improvement

Note: This position requires extensive phone communication with US-based property owners. Candidates must demonstrate native-level American English proficiency during the interview process.
