Social Media Manager & Content Creator (Part-Time, remote)

We are looking for a social media manager and content creator to manage our 3 faceless Instagram accounts (Female Empowerment, Digital Marketing, Moms/ Parenting) create and streamline the content plan, research viral content, re-create the content, reels, posts and carousels as well as stories and make 3 posts a day on each account. Manage and reply to comments, engage with other relevant accounts. No follow/unfollow method. Must speak fluent English, engage properly. Must provide proof of work and reference cases.

10hrs a week approximately. Pays $5$/hr, tracked and paid bi-weekly. Success bonus possible.

We will need applicants to send us 1 or 2 samples of this type of work first. If approved, you will move to a 1 hour initial trial for one of our accounts, then we will do a 2 week trial on all tasks related which we will pay $80 USD. If we are happy with the results of the 2 week trial, we will continue to work with you and you get paid bi-weekly.

Position KPI’s and How Success is Measured:
- Content Quality (relevancy, structure, composing, audio usage, virality potential, engagement, shares)
- Content quantity (volume and frequency, variety)
- Account Health Status (no bans)
- Engagement (social blade rating)
- Follower count
- Lead count

Qualifications:
- Experience Level: Mid-Level: At least 3-5 years of relevant experience as a content creator, reels, shorts or video editor, graphic designer
- Instagram Account Handling: Strong understanding of the platform and its algorithm, functionalities and opportunities
- Video Editing Expertise: Experience in creating high end, aestetic, viral, top performing content on social media (IG, Tiktok)
- Engagement Mastery: Engage and reach out to followers and other relevant accounts in comments and DMs
- Growth Strategy: Know how to strategically create and use different hooks, integrate SEO and hashtags, master captions and reaching out to other accounts to collaborate
- Language skills: Excellent proficiency in English (Both spoken and written, min C1 level)
- Software skills: Canva, Capcut, Adobe, Elevenlabs, ChatGPT, Jasper AI
