Job Description: Virtual Front Desk Associate
Location: Remote
Reports To: Hotel Manager

Overview
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Virtual Front Desk Associate to manage day-to-day remote front desk operations. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a strong background in hospitality marketing, revenue management expertise, and the ability to handle operational tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Services
• Answer and handle inbound calls from potential and existing guests.
• Make outbound calls to assist guests with reservations, confirmations, and other inquiries.
• Perform remote guest check-in and check-out processes.
• Address guest concerns, questions, or issues professionally and promptly.
• Conduct follow-ups with guests during and after their stay to ensure satisfaction.

Administrative Tasks
• Respond to emails from guests, vendors, suppliers, and third-party organizations.
• Maintain strong communication with on-site staff and provide updated room-cleaning lists.
• Prepare and distribute maintenance reports for room inspections and repairs.
• Coordinate and manage outbound calls as requested by the manager.
• Document guest interactions, reservation details, and operational issues.

Marketing and Revenue Management
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the hotel brand.
• Conduct competitive market research to analyze local hotel pricing trends and adjust rates accordingly.
• Collaborate with the manager to optimize revenue through strategic pricing and promotions.
• Oversee the creation and execution of online advertisements and campaigns to boost reservations and brand visibility.

Other Duties
• Collaborate with the manager and staff to identify process improvements.
• Stay informed about new technologies, systems, and best practices in virtual hotel operations.
• Perform additional functions as needed and assigned by the manager.

Qualifications
• Proven experience in hospitality, front desk operations, marketing, or revenue management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in email management, reservation systems, and reporting tools.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Knowledge of the hospitality industry, including competitive market analysis and customer relationship management.

Preferred Skills
• Experience with online booking platforms (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb).
• Familiarity with social media marketing and branding tools.
• Basic knowledge of property management systems and software.
