Experienced Full Time Sourcing VA for German based Amazon Arbitrage Business 3 month

Greetings from Germany,

We are currently seeking a Sourcing VA for a full-time 3-month contract (October 6 – December 20, 2025) to support and grow our AMAZON ARBITRAGE business. We are looking for an experienced Sourcing VA with a proven track record of success.

Your Main Task:
Manually source profitable products from German retail stores that we can resell on ---------- with a margin. We will provide you with clear criteria (ROI, profit margin, etc.).

We are looking for someone who can commit to full-time (40 hours/week, Monday to Friday) exclusively in this role.

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Minimum of 12 months proven experience in manual sourcing
• Strong ability to read and analyze Keepa graphs
• Familiarity with different sourcing strategies and techniques
• Ideally, prior experience using SellerAmp
• Availability to work 5 days a week (Mon–Fri)
• Reliable internet connection (at least 10 Mbit/s)
• Headset and webcam required
• Quiet and professional working environment
• Sufficient English communication skills, especially for calls

Special Notes for this contract:
• Start Date: October 6, 2025 – December 30, 2025
• October 6: Trial day
• October 7–8: Focus on deal sourcing on Amazon for Prime Days (ideally starting at midnight German time)
• From October 9 onward: Manual sourcing only from German retail stores (no more Amazon sourcing)
• No upfront training or onboarding (except for Arbitrage One, if required)
• If collaboration and performance are successful, we are open to a longer-term partnership
