Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a *Virtual Assistant who is:
? Experienced with Google Workspace, Canva, WordPress, Basic Landing pages.
? Highly organized and detail-oriented.
? A clear and professional communicator.
? Eager to contribute to a growing business.

What You’ll Do
As our Virtual Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:
- Administrative Support: Managing emails, scheduling appointments, and organizing files using Google Workspace tools.
- Creative Assistance: Designing graphics and promotional materials in Canva.
- Website Management:Updating content, posts, and pages on our WordPress site.
- Social Media Support: Creating, scheduling, and monitoring posts to enhance our online presence.
- Client Interaction: Responding to inquiries and supporting client needs professionally and promptly.
- Task Coordination: Organizing tasks, tracking deadlines, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive).
- Experience using Canva to create professional designs.
- Familiarity with WordPress for basic website updates and maintenance.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude.
