What You’ll Be Doing:
As our Remote Paid Ads Expert, you will have the exciting opportunity to craft, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across a variety of channels. You will be responsible for driving high-quality traffic, improving conversion rates, and ensuring our ad spend is maximized for the best possible return on investment. You’ll have the flexibility to work remotely while closely collaborating with our marketing and creative teams to achieve our business goals.
Core Responsibilities:
Build and manage paid advertising campaigns on key platforms like Google Ads,
Strategize and execute performance-based ads that maximize engagement, conversions, and revenue.
Continuously optimize ads to drive efficiency and meet key performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS).
Analyze data from campaigns, monitor performance, and provide actionable insights to improve results.
Experiment with different ad formats, targeting methods, and creative strategies to push boundaries and achieve higher results.
Collaborate with the creative team to design visually engaging ads and write compelling copy.
Stay ahead of trends in digital advertising and identify new opportunities to improve performance.
Manage campaign budgets, ensuring effective allocation for optimal ROI.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience running paid ads on Google Ads,
Deep understanding of performance metrics, including CPC, CPM, CTR, CPA, and ROAS, and the ability to interpret these to drive decision-making.
Proficiency in using ad management and analytics tools like Google Ads Manager,
A creative and analytical mindset with the ability to develop innovative strategies and deliver data-driven solutions.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of your campaigns from start to finish.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team.
Strong attention to detail and an eagerness to test, learn, and adapt campaigns based on data.
Bonus Points:
Experience with additional platforms like TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, or programmatic advertising.
Experience with ecommerce or lead-generation campaigns.
Familiarity with using tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or SpyFu for competitive analysis.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for ad design (not required but a plus).
