Real Estate Media Virtual Assistant

Hello!
Thank you for considering our position. We are a Real Estate Media Company based just outside of Vancouver, Canada (PST). We deliver photos, videos, and more to Real Estate Agents in our area. We need help providing good service to our Real Estate Agents.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES:

Skills Needed:
Fluent English skills and comprehension (most important).
Customer Service Skills (speaking on the phone, writing emails, solving problems).
Ability to learn and use technologies such as: Adobe Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, and our website delivery service.


Day to Day Responsibilities:
Organizing photos
Basic Math calculations for floor plans
Brochure creation
Quality check
Send all this media to our customers
Answer email or questions via messaging on social media.


Create and Post content to Social Media
“Virtual errands” and/or completing paperwork and tasks.

Hours:
9pm-2am (Manilla PHST) = 5am-10am (Vancouver PST).
5 hours/day average. Our work can be seasonal. At times we will have more work, and other times a little less. You may count no less than 4 hours/day, 5 days/week. If there is more work, you may start earlier in the day so you do not have to stay up really late.
Pay:
$4/hour USD starting wage. Increase to $4.25, $4.50, $5.00 and more as skills and experience are acquired:
$4.25 complete knowledge of our website delivery service
$4.50 basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom. Competence in Social Media creation and posting.
$5.00 Ability to use Final Cut Pro for basic video editing.
$6.00+ wage increases with years of experience with us. Further abilities such as managing our photographers, giving presentations, etc.

Spotlight Media’s Responsibilities to you:
We will provide you with:
All necessary training.
Software programs.
Any materials required to perform the above tasks.
On time payment for hours worked. Weekly payment will be made within the next business day after receiving the invoice (Ex. Invoice received Friday will be paid by Monday morning, at the latest).
